All eligible return items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. 

Return items must meet the following criteria:

      • Items must be unworn and unwashed with original tags attached.
      • No signs of smoke or pet hair.
      • No stains or makeup marks.
      • The customer is responsible for the cost of the return.
      • We recommend using a tracked or signed service and keep your receipt as this is your proof of postage.
      • Please note, for hygiene reasons head wear, socks and all our underwear items are non-returnable for a refund or an exchange. Please double check sizing before purchasing or contact our team. Contact details can be found on our ‘Contact Us’ page.  

All returns will be processed within 14 business days of receiving your item(s). Payments will be credited back to the purchasers credit card.

Outgoing shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return and Exchange Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Montriond Equestrian will not be responsible for any items lost in transit, therefore return shipping with tracking is advised.

Montriond Equestrian will not be held responsible for any return customs or import duties.

How to Return  

Please return your product to the correct returns address found below (UK and International). Please use the ‘Returns & Exchanges’ slip that is provided in the parcel and be sure to Include your original order number and contact details. If you are exchanging, please include the details of the new product you require. Should the item be out of stock, a member of our customer services team will contact you.

Faulty & Incorrect Items 


Please contact our customer services team if you believe you have received a faulty or incorrect item . Details can be found on our Contact Us page. On receiving delivery of your order, if it is in anyway damaged by your postal service, please inform us within 24 hours by email to info@montriondequestrian.com, otherwise a claim cannot be accepted. Please note refunds are only eligible within 14 days of receipt. Your item must be deemed faulty within 28 days at the discretion of Montriond Equestrian. We are happy to offer a credit note or exchange for the faulty or incorrect item within this time frame. 

 

Please be aware that any general wear and tear will not be deemed as a fault. Products that feature gripping systems may have the system fade over time due to rubbing when in the saddle however this would not be classed as a fault.
